FILTERALL QUALITY GETS THE ISOQAR SEAL OF APPROVAL

It is obvious from the the ‘blue chip’ client list, built up over decades, that Filterall must be a high quality business. Filterall have always taken matters of Quality and Quality Assurance seriously, and have passed numerous client audits over the years. In 2013 one of the objectives for Filterall from its board of directors, was to seek accreditation of its QA system to ISO 9001 : 2008 (the prestigious international quality standard.)

In search of the award, Filterall applied to be audited by ISOQAR ( the leading provider of audit and documentation services www.isoqar.com .)

To assist in preparation for the Isoqar audits, Tony Wright, an external consultant was utilised.

It is fair to say that things went very well ! As Tony says “ Filterall is an exceptionally well run company which puts customer satisfaction at the forefront of all its activities. As such it was an excellent candidate for the prestigious international quality standard ISO 9001: 2008. The business itself is well organised with expert personnel who really know what they are doing, and demonstrate a level of professional competence and commitment to the customer rarely found in this day of multi-nationals and giant conglomerates. I have been involved worldwide in writing and implementing ISO management systems since 1987, and Quality Management Systems since 1978, and I can truthfully state that Filterall made my task an easy one – they were already head and shoulders above similar sector businesses.”

We are pleased to announce that Filterall passed both the 1st and 2nd Stage Audits from ISOQAR, without any significant negative observations. In fact on the Stage 2 Audit, nil non-conformances were raised. Nicole Deasey from ISOQAR stated “This is a superb achievement” and “ one of which you and your staff should be justifiably proud.”

This view was echoed by Tony Wright “They passed the ISO 9001: 2008 certification assessment at the first attempt and with ZERO nonconformities – quite literally an amazing achievement virtually unheard of in this field of commerce. “
